Holiday Inn Plano-The Colony, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was very good and substantial, a good value! It was very convenient to have that right on site. The big maps of local sites etc you could pick up in lobby were helpful. Very convenient location for our purposes, near a number of eateries too.

The location was great there were all kinds of restaurants around. Our room was very spacious. It had a great view. We will be staying there soon.

I want to thank the hotel manager for resolving the booking issue I had upon my arrival, and for being very patient about the situation. The front desk staff was also amazing with all of their help and friendliness!

Front desk person was awesome. Due to weather a no electric in the surrounding areas, she was busy but very professional and pleasant.

it was clean, pool water & area were clean, staff were friendly. Could have had a few more carts available. Only one available when arrived, was in use when checking out.
